Beautiful double room available in Kilburn

I am relocating due to a new job and my lovely room in Kilburn is up for grabs!

The room is a double, furnished with bed (with a base with drawers – super handy!), built-in wardrobe, and drawers. The desk, chair, and plant stand do not come with the room.

The flat is split over two floors. There is a lounge! In a London flat! Unbelievable, right? The kitchen is a great size, as is the bathroom. The toilet is not separate but given there are only three of us, it’s never really an issue.

The flat is really well-connected in terms of transport links – it’s a 2 minute walk to Kilburn station (Jubilee line (night tube)) and 2 minute walk to Brondesbury overground. There are two supermarkets across the road (great for late night snacks, not good for the waist line!). There is also an Aldi and Sainsbury a 10 minute walk down the road and a Waitrose and huge Sainsbury a 15 min walk at Finchley Road.

You will be living with Rach and Christina who are both beyond nice and very easy to get along with. The usual attributes for a new tenant will apply – you will be tidy, friendly, enjoy spending a night out with the flatmates here and there but equally enjoy time to yourself.

The room is £628 per month and expenses come to approx. £100 per month. The deposit is £880 (TBC) and there will be an administrative fee of £80. Your bond will be protected in a safe deposit scheme. You will be signing onto a lease for a minimum of 6 months and likely to be extended.

Move in is 9 March.
