We have one double room for a working professional in a friendly house share in a great location in Zone 2. Ideal for someone who wants to live in a safe, clean and large house, with trustworthy, friendly housemates close to central London with no agency or sneaky fees.

:: COULD YOU BE THE ONE?
We are looking for working professionals who is friendly and sociable but also happy to do their own thing. If you are easy going, clean, tidy with a good sense of humour and ...you know....willing to say HELLO! to people in the hallway then you will fit in perfectly. The house is non-smoking and no pets. Oh, and we are looking for a minimum stay of 6 months as too many goodbyes are tough.
:: THE HOUSE AND PEOPLE IN IT
We have a lovely large shared living room and dining room beside the kitchen. We also have an AMAZING cleaner who comes weekly. And, honesty hat on again here, it ain’t the newest house in the world now is it? BUT everything works, it’s on a nice safe, quiet road, close to great locations and full of easy going hard working people from a range of nationalities aged between 25 - 30.
:: GETTING AROUND
Great transport links and is close to reliable tube lines (Jubliee and Bakerloo), Overground (Bronsebury, Bronesbury Park) West Hampstead Thameslink (National Rail) and 24-hour bus routes. The house is also a short stroll from the lovely (posh) Queens Park.
:: HOW MUCH?
Costs are:
:: £800 per month for the double room, including the bills
:: £800 the returnable house bond/deposit
:: WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY?
:: Shared bills that cover gas, council tax, internet, virgin TV, a great cleaner as well as common toiletries and household items like washing liquid, detergent etc.
:: A zone 2 located house on a quiet street with exceptionally convenient transport links to pretty much anywhere
:: Queens Park, Kilburn High road and a host of pubs, supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk

We will be replying to everyone whose chosen for interview on Friday 10th Jan (don't worry if it's been read but you've not had a response yet) you'll then be sent a link to book a slot.
All interviews will be done on Sunday 12th, Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th. A decision will be made on Thursday 16th and the new tenant can move in on Saturday 1st February.
