Hello, we are Molly and Milly!

Molly is 29 and works in TV production and Milly is 28 and works in education. We are looking for a fun, sociable, clean, new housemate to move into our three bedroom garden flat.

THE ROOM
The room is a double bedroom. It’s spacious and clean and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room also comes with it's own shower room which you'll have sole access to.

THE FLAT
The flat is in the basement of an old house with lots of space. There are three double bedrooms. We have an open kitchen/living room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The whole flat is freshly painted and we are very happy for you to make your own mark on the communal areas with your things :)

THE AREA
The flat is directly opposite Kilburn tube which is on the jubilee line. The flat is also a 4 minute walk from Brondesbury overground which runs directly to Clapham or Highbury so it’s super handy!

THE HOUSEMATES
We are very friendly and easy going who love a Netflix binge with a takeaway as much a night out. We are both quite busy with our jobs and predominately work from home so would love someone who wants to have a glass of wine and catch up with us but who is also happy to chill in their room.

THE MONEY
Rent of the flat is £850 per month per person. All bills including internet are included. Plus there is now tv, Amazon Video and Netflix in the living room!
