Female flatmate for Sunny Double room in Kilburn

Hello,

My name is Milena and I am moving out of my lovely, sunny and bright double room. My flatmate, Eda, is an amazing, bright and active girl, looking for a female flatmate to replace me!

We are looking for a female professional, who enjoys socialising but also respect personal privacy. As with any other flat, we like cleanliness, by means of shared cleaning responsibility around the house. We have always liked to socialise with friends and family, but not keen to have parties in the flat all the time, but I guess this comes as no surprise in these unprecedented times! Eda is working remotely (as everyone else) so respect in terms of people coming over during the day and noise is important, understandably. Eda is very easy-going, amazing person and we have always had a great flow living together, which will not be hard to achieve with her great personality.

As you can see from the pictures, the room comes fully furnished, with a huge in-built wardrobe, however some of the furniture is mine (such as the desk and the small white chest of drawers) and I will take it with me when I move.

The council tax is about £52 and the bills are between £50 and £70 per month, depending on how soon the cold season will hit!
