Room is large and comes furnished with double bed, large iKEA shelf, dresser and side table. It's on the top floor, along with the bathroom and one other room. Gets all the morning sunlight so is warm and bright on these summer days!

House is split over 3 levels, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) + WC. Kitchen has every pot, pan, baking tin and dish you could possibly want. Large living room where we usually hang and watch movies on the projector! House has a small gated courtyard at the back, perfect for a quick sun bathe and bike storage. All bills are included in rent, including water, gas, electric, broadband and general flat essentials (cleaning supplies, loo roll, cooking spices and seasoning). House has heaps of storage space, and has a fridge room (3 fridges, 2 freezers) so loads of food space.

10 minute walk to Kilburn Park Stn (Bakerloo), Maida Vale Stn (Bakerloo) and Queens Park (Overground). 30 second walk to nearest bus stop, which runs the 6, 31 (also nightbus), 328, and 187. Sainsburys, M&S, Iceland, Tesco Express all close by. Flatmates can also recommend the best locals for fruit, veggies and 1 kilo tubs of hummus!

You'll be living with a super chill bunch of Kiwis and Aussies who are keen for drinks and a movie (or a Zoom pub quiz)! Also super respectful of privacy if you're not up for it. Just looking for someone nice and easy to hang with.
