Hi there i am seeking a single professionsl to share my dlat with.

I have a spacious double room to rent to a working person who is quiet, clean and tidy. Please if you are seeking this room you must be able to keep your room clean and also shared areas to prevent any bad smells or rodents as it is a ground floor flat.

The flat is a minute walk away from kilburn jubilee line station and is 2 minute walk away from 24 hour shops and local supermarkets.

Please ensure if taking the room that you have your own cups, pots, pans and plates, as these are not shared.

I am a clean outgoing person, so you never have to worry about mess. I also do not have any visitors come to me at the property, so you do not have to feel uncomfortable or experience any noise etc..

I really would like a person who is clean, open and respectful, to move into my flat with me, as communication is very important when renting.
