Bright, Sunny Double in 3-Bed Kilburn Penthouse

Hi All,

Sadly I am moving East and leaving my lovely room in Kilburn after 4 years!

The room is a bright, sunny, double room with a door out onto the balcony with great rooftop views and the perfect spot for a morning coffee!

You share the bathroom with one other - and a lovely open-plan kitchen/living area which leads out onto a balcony with seating area (a real bonus while WFH!).

The building itself is well-maintained, and ideally located just opposite Brondesbury Station. Another added bonus (and one which makes you feel quite fancy) is that you access the flat directly from the lift (we have a special key!).

You'd be sharing with 2 others - Dionysia, a Greek scientist and Jess, an Aussie teacher. Both absolutely lovely, respectful, clean and friendly. We make occasional sunday roasts together (or Jess does and I eat it!), and watch cheesy movies on Netflix.
