This living room is quite big and honestly better than the average London living room and sets this flat apart from probably every other in the same price range in zones 1 and 2.
The living room is also separated from the kitchen - this is a big plus because people that are cooking can have their privacy and they don’t need to disturb those that are chilling in the Living Room.
Toilet and Shower room are separate, and it rarely feels busy. The water pressure and the heating are good.
The building has charm and has been recently refurbished. It has a lift, parking, and the neighbors are respectful.

Nice and clean flatmates. This flat is very organised and peaceful. We are sociable and respectful of people's own space. Ages between 20 and 29, with mixed nationalities, one of us is a student and the other two professionals. All of us are very friendly and love having a chat.
