Description:

The flat is a sunny ground floor spot, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a garden at the back with three visiting cats. Large kitchen/living area and a good sized basement for storage. 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The room is at the back of the flat with a door leading to the garden and windows looking out into the garden (gets really nice light). It has a fair amount of storage space and comes with a double bed, a built in cupboard and shelving. The space has been a comforting sanctuary to the current tenant!

The neighbourhood rules. It's super well connected re transport (Jubille Line, Overground x2, Bakerloo Line and Thameslink all within walking distance). Has every shop you could ever want nearby, and the neighbours are a hoot. There are parks, places to walk, places to skate, run and swim all around.

Frosti (she/they) works part-time, studies part-time and generally spends her free time climbing, reading or doing activism. Kendra (they/them) is studying contemporary theatre and sometimes works from home. For the past almost two years the house has had a really special communal vibe to it- sharing food, chores and good chats - but this is something we're open to changing if it doesn't work for you. We hang out in the evenings quite often, but also it would be nice to have someone who is ok with their own company and respects boundaries.
