Instead, it faces a building behind which the Kilburn Grange Park is located (2-minute walk and somewhat visible when looking out of the window).

The property gets morning and afternoon sun. It has no lounge but a generously sized kitchen/laundry area with a dining table and chairs.

You won't find a better space for this price, not to mention the connections. 3-minute walk to Brondesbury Station; 6-minute walk to Kilburn Station; bus stop with major links to central London literally 10 seconds from the front door; Kilburn Park 14 minute walk.

Right now, we are four tenants: Sofia, Giorgia, Antonio, and Jan. Antonio is in his home country in Spain at the moment, and yet unsure when he will be back in London. Sofia works full time as a visual merchandiser, comes from Sweden but has family in London, and does photography and yoga in her spare time. Giorgia is from Italy, had lived in London for a couple of years already, and just recently moved back here again for her new job. Jan is from Germany and studied law here for the past year. He is the one you would replace since he goes back to Berlin on 30 January!

The room is available from 1 February 2022, viewings, preferably in person but online is ok too, could start as soon as tomorrow. The rent price excludes bills which are usually very reasonable (about £90 per month)
