About the flat:

It is located on a quiet tree lined street in a friendly neighbourhood furnished beautifully and feels like a home.

Hampstead heath is nearby and a gorgeous spot to take in nature - walks, swimming in the ponds, farmers markets and roasts in the local pubs are all lovely weekend activities.

The flat has a large separate lounge / dining room with a working fireplace, making it super cosy in the winter. It has a cosy and bright atmosphere, plenty of room for hanging out in the living room for relaxing and watching films etc.

There are two bathrooms which is really useful.
The bathroom has a big standalone bath with shower, well ventilated and a good amount of storage for toiletries.
There is a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the kitchen amenities including a breakfast bar and stools. We also have a built in water filter system and try to operate an eco friendly space.

This is a strictly non-smoking flat, is charming, exceptionally clean and tidy and suits female professionals who are self aware and happy to share the responsibility of keeping the space wonderful.
