Double Room with Spacious Living and Dining Rooms

Hi! We are two friends looking to rent out our 3rd room as our current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. The room is a double (bedroom 2 on the floorplan) and the flat is on the top floor of an Art-Deco style mansion block around a 7 minute walk from Kilburn Jubilee Line station, with a bus stop directly outside. The flat has a spacious living room, a dining room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Heating is included in the rent and there is free locked bicycle parking in the car park.

As for us, we are two friends, Nick and James, currently working in London. Nick works for a newspaper as a graphic designer, and James does spreadsheets, both a mix of working from home and in the office. We are looking for someone sociable, we like going out to pubs and seeing friends, although we also enjoy staying in and watching TV. Nick likes design-y things, baseball, and going to gigs, and James enjoys playing hockey, playing music, and burning himself while making lasagne.

As a flat we have regular movie nights and are hoping to find a new member for our pub quiz team.

Bills and council tax (band D) are roughly £105 per month.
