Modern double room in 2 bed flat move in date flex

Hello,

I got offered a job so sadly need to leave this beautiful flat and looking for someone who can replace me. The tenancy is until the end of October with a possibility to renew the contract.
There is one more professional (male) living in the flat. He has calm personality, is tidy and good for conversations but busy most of the time as works in hospitality in 2 different places.
The rent is monthly 812.5£ + bills which is around another 150£. The area is quiet and super close so all amenities: high street is 5minutes away, off license and pharmacy is just downstairs, tesco is 3minutes away, bus stop 1 minute away, underground is 10 minutes walk, overground is 5 minutes walk.

The room has plenty of storage, only morning sun (which is perfect as it never gets too hot but heating is working brilliantly during colder nights). The dressing table and the side table I will be selling, other furniture in the room stays.
The living room/kitchen has sun almost all day long, there is also a rooftop area where you can enjoy your coffee. Kitchen has modern appliances such a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, washing machine/dryer. The bathroom is very big, has big rain shower unit + bath tub with a shower so it is almost like en suite.
The flat itself is warm, cozy and bright with minimalistic/modern interior. Has extra storage in the halfway, where you can keep bicycle etc. I can send the whole video of the flat separately if interested as cannot upload here.

Room will be available from 19th July but we can discuss the exact date of moving in. The rent of this month and the bills would be paid accordingly.
