I am subletting my small student dorm room from August 17 to September 8, 2024 whilst traveling.
The room comes furnished and has access to a small terrace. It's part of a shared hourse for young women, originally founded by the catholic church.
Tenent rules: You have to be a woman 18-30 years old.
The house has three floors, incl. two kitchens, three bathrooms and a shared living room with garden. You will share those spaces with four wonderful, young female professionals (23-28 years old).
The place isn't commercially run, for the three week sublet I'd ask for £500 incl. utilities, no deposit. This also includes a cleaning lady and gardener, that both come once a week.
I'll leave my things in the main cupport and free all other areas in the room.
You are welcome to use my piano if you like.
Next Tube station (7min walk) is Kilburn (Jubilee Line). Overground (12min) next stop Brondesbury. Bus (3min) available too.
