My two lovely roommates are moving on at the end of this contract, and now I am on the hunt for a new housemate for a large double room and a single small room in a spacious and sunny flat.

THE APARTMENT/ BUILDING
Beautiful and well-finished three-bed flat on the second floor of a magical Victorian townhouse in Brondesbury. Wood flooring, triple-height ceilings, furnished, and access to a shared garden. We have a large kitchen with a fitted dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven, and hobs. Shared bathroom and a lovely living room. Outside there is a reserved parking space for one vehicle.

THE BIG ROOM
Spacious room with epic windows, queen-size bed, a mirror, and built-in wardrobes/storage. Plenty of space to bring your own bits of furniture and a desk; There is a possibility to buy the standing desk that appears in the photo.

THE SMALL ROOM
Cozy and sweet room with a long window and awesome loft for storage. Double bed and high ceiling.

THE FLATMATE
I am a landscape architect, relatively low key though I do like to have friends over in small groups for dinners occasionally. My hobbies include but are not limited to traveling, reading, painting, swimming, working out, watching movies, cooking, hiking, yoga, gardening, climbing, visiting museums & galleries, going to shows, and eating lots of good food.

THE AREA/ TRANSPORT

5 min walk to Kilburn Station (Jubilee) and overground station (Brondesbury) with easy connections to central London. 15 min walk from West Hampstead station (Thameslink)
Tesco Extra and Sainsbury’s Local are both within a 5 min walk from the flat, and an Aldi, Sainsbury’s Superstore, and M&S are all within a 12 min walk.
10 min walk to Queen’s Park High Street (Salsbury Road), with plenty of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, and so on.
