Large double room w/ private bathroom - Kilburn

The room:

Bigger than average double room with private bathroom available from the beginning of September.
The room is furnished (double bed, 2x chest of drawers, wardrobe) however the landlady is very accomodating if you need something removed to make space for your own furniture.

The flat:

Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom located on the top (2nd) floor of a privately owned building with huge garden. No agencies, we deal directly with the landlady.
Large living/kitchen area, tv with Sky/streaming apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
The bills are approx £200 (council tax, gas/elec, water, tv license, broadband, sky tv, monthly cleaner).

The tenants:

We are both professionals in our late 30s, looking for someone that would fit in our lifestyle. We are fairly sociable and often watch tv together in the evenings or head to the pub down the road for a cheeky pint, but we each have our own circle of friends. We work from the office ~3 days/week with sometimes long hours.

**IMPORTANT!**

Villanelle is the house cat. She is a 5yo scottish fold, extremely well behaved. She is my responsibility and the litter tray is in my room but she likes to roam the flat and she has her favourite napping spots in each room. If you do not like cats, or have an allergy, please do not apply.
