Double bedroom in Kilburn and in a big house with a beautiful garden, 3 mins from Kilburn station (Jubilee line) and to the bus stop taking you directly to the West End.

The room is recently decorated and is a fully furnished room with a double bed and a new mattress, desk, chair, fitted wardrobe and under-the-window cabinets.

The room is warm in winter and cool in the summer with privacy.

There are plenty of shops in the area and many parks and cool areas like Queens Park and West Hampstead within walking distance.

The house hosts a total of 10 people and is very quiet and clean. We are all professionals and we get along and love spending time in the garden.

Bills included. Wifi included too.

Rules:

No smoking in the house but you can smoke in the garden.

No parties and loud music as some of the tenants work from home.

We clean and tidy after ourselves.
