Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a room in our tenancy agreement.
The room is located on the ground floor with its own access to the garden (facing south) - it is cosy and functional and is furnished with a king sized bed, a large wardrobe, set of shelves and a chest of drawers.
The house is a five-bed ideally located in Kilburn, a few minutes away from Kilburn High Rd and its amenities (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi, Boots) and a short walk away from Queen’s Park. Great transport links to central London with the Bakerloo & Jubilee line and to south and east London with the overground.
The house doesn’t have a living room space but a very large kitchen with access to a private garden, one large bathroom plus a guest toilet.
We are a group of friendly professionals who like a chilled and quiet evening when at home - definitely not a party house! We all have different work schedules and our separate lives but most of us usually meet up in the kitchen every other nights to cook and eat dinner together, plus we’re big on Sunday morning farmer’s market.
We are big on cleaning so it’s important for us that the new person coming in is respectful of the space and participates in the overall cleaning and maintenance of the house.
Based on previous experience, we think someone 27+ yo will be a better fit and ideally we are looking for someone who will be staying long term.
