Double room in cosy flat near central London

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into my 2 bedroom flat apartment in Kilburn (Jubilee line only 6min away, and Brondesbury Overground station only 4min away), it's also within walking distance from Queens Park . You can get to Hampstead Heath in 15min and Bond Street in 20min.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 1 big window, chest of drawers and the flat has one bathroom to share. The desk and chair pictured in the photo isn’t included in the bedroom so that will free up a lot of space!
The rent is £750 + bills (roughly £140/month).


I’m Lucy, I’m 33 and I work at a Social Media Agency, I work in the office 2 days per week and work from home for the other 3 days. I grew up in Australia and I’ve lived in London for about 8 years. I’m super clean and tidy so really want to find someone on the same page who is keen to make the flat into a home. I love going out with my friends, I’m really into yoga, Pilates, spinning and whatever else sounds cool on ClassPass! I also love a cosy day or evening at home, reading, cooking or watching something good on Netflix. I’m always up for hanging out together but very much have my own life too!

I will be doing viewings from the 8th February and the room is available from then so we can be somewhat flexible with a move in date.
