Hi! I'm renting a room in this lovely 3-bed flat, and am seeking two flatmates to share it with.

Room 1: Spacious, bright double.
Room 2: Clean and tidy single.

Both rooms come furnished, but furniture may differ from the photos.

One bathroom. Kitchen furnished with cutlery, washer/dryer, appliances.

The location has fantastic transport links:
ten minutes' walk to the Overground, Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, and Thameslink.

I'm a writer and education profession, working from home some days. I enjoy all things creative, and love exploring the city. Looking to create a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere at home :)

If the room sounds like a good fit, you'll be signing a separate lease agreement directly with the landlord.
