- Location: Zone 2, Kilburn area
- Spacious and sunny kitchen and living room.
- Both bedrooms are large double rooms (fully furnished).
- Rent is £1050 pppm.
- Friendly and helpful landlord.
- Good transport connections: 10 minute walk to jubilee line, London overground and Thameslink stations. Around 20 minutes from central London.
- Move in end of August preferably
- No pets/smoking/couples
- Must pass referencing checks.
