Double Room in Kilburn/Queen's Park

Hello, our lovely roommate is moving out, and so we are looking for a woman to take over her contract from the 5th of July.
In order to arrange references etc in time, we are advertising quite early but we're keen to find the right person for our home.

The agency require someone with a permanent job with a salary of minimum £25,000, as well as references.

The flat is well-loved and not very modern, but it's a clean and safe place to live with a nice outdoor area and good transport links.
It has a shared living/dining room, a balcony, separate toilet and bathroom.

It is on the second floor of a block of flats which sit in between Brondesbury road and Victoria road, right next to Kilburn High Road, behind the Mcdonalds.

We are in easy walking distance of Queens Park, West Hampstead, and Maida Vale, with excellent bus links (16, 32, 316, 328, 98, 31).

5-10 minutes walk to Kilburn Park Station
15 minute walk to Kilburn Station
20 minute walk to West Hampstead station

Bills are usually around £50 each and Council tax works out at £60 each. We also have a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks.

The current contract is until November, but with the option to renew then.

Your two new flatmates will be Thelma and Rebecca; a retail worker and a primary school teacher. Rebecca is Welsh and Thelma is Italian.

We're happy to be social, but as we both work quite long hours, our home is more a place to relax and de-stress. We're definitely not a party house!

Thelma is taking our current flatmate (Chiara)'s room, and so it is her room which is available to rent. The photos are a mix of how the room looks right now and pictures from the inventory before we moved in.
The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a bedside table.
