Description
Spacious 3-Bed Flat in Quiet Neighborhood – Seeking a Friendly Third Roommate!
We’re Annika (21) and Samara (24), both postgrad students looking for a third roommate to join our cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat. The flat features a well-sized common room connected to the kitchen, complete with a gas stove, fridge, and a washer (no dryer). The flat gets plenty of natural light, making the common room and bedrooms feel bright and airy. It's perfect for relaxing after a long day.
We're in a peaceful neighborhood, with excellent transport links: easy access to the Bakerloo and Jubilee lines, as well as Overground and Thameslink services. Plus, there’s a wide range of shops nearby for all your essentials, including an Aldi, Sainsbury, Iceland Foods, Boots, and a Superdrug within walking distance!
For fun and leisure, Kilburn has plenty to offer! The Kiln Theatre is just around the corner, perfect for a night out watching live performances. If you’re into books, Kilburn Books is a cozy spot for a good read. You can also unwind at Kilburn Grange Park or check out live music at The Good Ship. And for a sweet treat, the fresh pastries at The Kilburn Bakery are hard to resist!
You’ll have your choice of either the smaller bedroom (pictured in the ad) or the medium-sized room—whichever suits you best. Both rooms are bright and comfortable and offer plenty of space. The total rent for the place is £2800 per month, with the middle-sized room being £925 and the smaller room being £875. Other bills are split evenly between us, including water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi.
A little about us: Annika is studying for her Master’s in Transport Planning at UCL, and Samara is pursuing a Master’s in the Psychology of Economic Life at LSE. We both enjoy cooking, baking, yoga, making art, reading, and relaxing with wine and chat nights or movie/TV marathons. We're looking for someone who’s not just a roommate but a friend to share the space with once we move in. While we love being social, we also respect the need for quiet time and privacy—especially as busy students. We're excited to create a clean, laid-back, and friendly atmosphere in the flat, and we'd love for you to be part of it!
If you're looking for a warm, welcoming home with great company, drop us a message—we’d love to hear from you! Happy to provide additional photos or details upon request :)
