6 month sublet in shared house off Kilburn High Rd

I am going travelling for six months up to a year from the 1st of August and so I’m looking to sublet my lovely room with garden access to a considerate and responsible individual. The house is a 2 minute walk from Brondesbury overground station and 5 minutes from Kilburn underground station (Jubilee line). The room is fully furnished. You would be sharing with five other lovely individuals (late twenties/early thirties) who work varying hours and keep a quiet but sociable house.
