Room available in Kilburn!!

Looking for a flatmate (professionals preferred - no students) to join me and another Italian girl in our 3-bed flat in Kilburn (Zone 2 NW).
The available room is a double and shares a bathroom with one person. We are looking for someone to replace the third name on the lease, which ends on 15/10/2024 with the possibility of annual renewal. Rent is paid quarterly.
The flat is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, and we also have a small communal garden at the front of the house, as well as a private garden at the back.
ABOUT US : I am a master's student at UCL studying Bioarchaeology and Forensic Anthropology while working part-time, and Beatrice is an Event Assistant at Gagosian Gallery
