*Short Term Let 6 Months* in Stunning 2 Bed Flat

Hi All,

My girlfriend and I are going traveling for 6 months and wanted to rent our flat out.

We are looking for 2 people to take our stunning 2 bed flat in NW.

- Location: Zone 2, Kilburn area
- Extremely spacious and sunny kitchen and living room.
- Both bedrooms are large double rooms (fully furnished). I will put a double bed in Room 2 if required.
- Rent is £2800 pcm including bills (broadband, gas/electricity and council tax)
- Good transport connections: 10 minute walk to jubilee line, London overground and Thameslink stations. Around 20 minutes from central London.
- Move in 16th Sept preferably
- No pets/smoking
- Must pass referencing checks.
