Double room available in 5-bed maisonette between Queen’s Park and Kilburn – £750pcm, with bills usually around £70 (seasonal fluctuation)

You’d be living with:

Ruaridh – scottish, works in sports media, loves football and chicken wings

Ruarí – northerner, paralegal, hates beer, loves basketball

Hannah – also scottish, design engineer, loves bikes, the wholesome one

Maeve – paralegal, the youngest, annoying but you’ll like her (promise)

The house is genuinely a great setup – big open-plan loft space with:

* comfy living room + big tv
* kitchen and dining area
* terrace for bbqs, drinks, and generally just sitting as soon as it reaches 18°
* 2 bathrooms

location’s ideal – easy access to basically everything:

* jubilee line (kilburn)
* bakerloo line (kilburn park + queen’s park)
* lioness line (kilburn high road + queen’s park)
* mildmay line (brondesbury + brondesbury park)
* loads of bus options too

shops and essentials are all close:

* big aldi + sainsbury’s (under 5 mins)
* m&s, primark, boots, superdrug, etc
* loads of great pubs, coffee spots + restaurants in queen’s park
* green space nearby – queen’s park, hampstead heath, primrose hill

we all met through spare room and moved in at different times, but now we’re genuinely really good mates. we hang out whenever we’re about in the evenings – watching telly, pub trips, flat dinners, and occasional quiz nights. not a party house, but we like having fun. the boys are big on pamper nights and the girls are generally on board.

* confident enough to get stuck in and not just hide away
