Renting a large double room in central location of Kilburn for £1000 + bills ( roughly comes too £1150)

I am the landlord and will be living at the house, I require one month deposit as well as references and proof of finances.

* Large spacious double room is fully furnished ( double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table)
* Cleaner every other week
* I am the landlord so super easy to talk to me and will sort things out really quickly.
* Chill flat vibes! But no drugs or big house parties

* We are two girls aged 24 and 23
* Sana works in finance and works in office 2-3 days a week! She’s super nice and friendly
* Myself( landlord) I’m a remote worker in health tech, I’m super chill, fun and outgoing
* Looking to be friends with flatmate
* We are quite sociable and like both going out but also happy to have cosy nights in.
* Love having cute dinners and games nights

* Aged between 23-28
* Earning above £30k
* Clean and tidy is a must
* House proud as I’m the landlord it’s my home and so want someone who will be respectful
* Social, likes a chill night in but down to also go for drinks on occasion
* Willing to contribute to a cleaner
* Looking to make friends and not just flatmates
