1 double room in a 3 bedroom flat available in December in Kilburn (Jubilee Line). Very close to Central London (13 min direct tube travel to Bond Street)
This flat is conveniently located close to the Kilburn Underground Station (5 min walk) and local shops are all nearby (Tesco and Sainsbury’s - 5 min walk). Lots of different shops on Kilburn High Road (5-10 min walk).
The flat has 3 double bedrooms (one occupied by myself, the other by my other flatmate), one living room, one shared kitchen and one shared bathroom. Furnitures are included so you won’t have to bother with the basic necessities.
About me: I am a 30 yo quiet French individual working in the gaming industry. If you like to party in clubs every weekend, this place might not be for you. I work 4 days a week on different shift patterns including night shifts. When I work in the morning and the afternoon, I will spend one day a week at the office. Regardless of my hours, I work from home quietly and respectfully of the other tenants.
The price is £950 for the room. The water is included, however, the other bills are not and we will have to split evenly the remaining costs. We already have Internet and the current tenant will pass on the details for us when they leave. Council tax band: E
This is a LGBTQ+-friendly apartment and pets are unfortunately not allowed. We have a private park outside of the flat if you want to enjoy the sun or read a book when the weather is nice.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with a 6 month break clause, renewable at the end of the lease. You will replace the leaving tenant. Please make sure you have the settled or pre-settled status, or a VISA before visiting.
