2 double rooms in sunny NW London flat!

Looking for a friendly and sociable postgrad student or young professional (21-26 yrs, female) to join sunny north west London flat! 🌞

Two rooms in Kilburn available from the 26th of September as my flatmates are sadly moving out. Great transport links, plus we have a huge kitchen and lounge! There’s also the option to switch the bedroom with the lounge (which is slightly bigger)…

Rent for the larger room is £1033 per month, smaller room is £833, 12 month contract, bills are £60 and council tax is £83 pp (students would also need to pay council tax but we would then get a reduction to £52). Unfortunately, our landlord requires the rent to be payed in 3 month instalments.

Location: Transport links are amazing! 3 min walk to the jubilee line (night tube) and 8 min walk to the overground. Takes around 15 min to get to Bond Street. 15 min walk into West Hampstead which has some cute cafes and shops. 45 min walk/10 min overground ride to Hampstead/Hampstead Heath which is amazing for swimming or sunbathing in summer or going for runs! There’s also a Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by.

Flatmates: I’m Alicia, 23, originally from Germany, did my undergrad at Bristol uni then moved to London last September for my Masters. Will be working in behavioural science next year. Was hoping for one of my friends to move in but she sadly had to drop out last minute, hence I’m looking for two girls to join me! Would really like a sociable flat next year where we have dinner together, binge watch Bridgerton and go out to the pub/explore London together! If you’re interested in becoming friends rather than just flatmates, I think we’d be a great fit! And of course I would prefer someone who values keeping the flat clean and tidy and is respectful towards others. If this sounds like you, pls get in touch!! ☺️
