Room to Rent in Queens Park

We’re looking for someone to replace our flatmate in Queen’s Park.

The room:
Spacious double room furnished with a double bed, book shelf, a large amount of storage and a big two door wardrobe.

The flat:
Large bottom floor flat on a residential street with three bedrooms (inc. yours). There is a large communal living room with three sofas and a big old TV next to a large open plan kitchen/dining room. The appliances are relatively new and the fridge was installed within the last three months. There’s one shared bathroom with a bath/shower. The best bit is an outdoor space off the living room, nicely secluded with some bamboo - ideal for summer

The area:
The flat has great transport links:
* Brondesbury Park, Overground (4 minute walk)
* Queen’s Park Station, Bakerloo (12 minute walk)
* Kilburn Station, Jubilee (14 minute walk)

Queens Park is a great area with lots of events and activities. We’re a two minute walk from Salusbury Road which has lots of cafes, independent shops and restaurants. There’s a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco within five minutes. Queen’s Park and Hampstead Heath are cracking parks and within 15 minutes travel.

Details
We’re looking for someone to take on the room from the end of July until October when the contract ends, with the option to then stay on later. The current roommate will pay for change of name costs. Rent is £866.67 a month. Bills are around £110 a month, including Council Tax (Band E).
