I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Kilburn in September and I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly to replace me. You’ll be sharing with a young, professional female in her late 20s.

About the flat:
- recently refurbished
- all appliances, high spec
- shared living room and kitchen
- all bills are included in the rent, except for council tax (£100/month would be your share) band C

About the room:
- double bed
- comes furnished the bed, mattress and wardrobe
- own bathroom

About the flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the flat with my super nice and friendly flatmate Elli. She’s in her 20s and originally from Sardinia.

About the area:
- under 10 minute walk to Kilburn jubilee station
- 15 minute walk to West Hampstead
- under 15 minute walk to Queens Park
- convenient shops all around
- 15 minutes in the overground to Hampstead Heath
- 8 minute walk to Tesco and Sainsbury’s
- under 20 minute walk to Waitrose and Finchley Road (metropolitan line)

Move in date would be Sept 9th, to sign a 12 month lease.
