I am going to be moving in with friends and therefore looking for someone to take over my contract in this beautiful property in Kilburn. The earliest move in date will be from the first week of September, please only contact if these dates would work for you. The contract runs until 03/03/2025, however, there will be the option to extend. £50 charge to change the contract will be required.

The room is a large queen sized, with amazing storage and beautiful bay windows (the shutters are a lovely feature!). The room is en suite and the standard is really good. Separate shared kitchen with other flatmates. Washer and dryer also separate and shared.

The photos are a great representation of the room and were taken on the day of posting the advert. Happy to send a separate video as well, do virtual tours, and welcome you to the property to view.

The rent I pay each month is £1408.33 which includes the rent and direct debit for the contribution towards electricity and heating which is not included in the rent. The landlord has said he would accept a couple in this room, in this instance the rent would be £1,473.33 plus a direct debit (around £30 per month for the electricity and heating which is separate).
