Description
Hi everyone,
We are two professionals (in the economics/political field) in our mid-to-late 20s. We are looking for someone to take over a large room (5.3 x 4.1m) in our modern 3-bedroom flat in Kilburn. The room is part furnished (wardrobes provided) and will likely be available at the end of November.
We are two sociable friends who like to hang out together as a house, such as going out for dinner and playing games, as well as having our own separate interests. I am interested in sports, including football and CrossFit, and my friend likes going to the theatre and museums.
As we are renting out the landlord’s previous family home, he is quick to respond to messages and resolve issues.
Details:
Location – 10 minutes’ walk from Kilburn on the Jubilee line and Kilburn Park on the Bakerloo line (25-30 minutes to central London in zone 2). Additionally, Brondesbury overground station is <10 mins away. Very close to Kilburn high road for supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and gyms.
House – 3 bathrooms (one with a bath), outdoor space and garden, large living and kitchen area, dishwasher, tumble-dryer and washing machine. Parking permit available.
Rent – £1150 per month + bills (around £190 per month including council tax and weekly cleaning)
Tenancy length – initial 6-month term with potential opportunity to extend
Photos of the house and the room we are looking to rent out are attached. Please message me if you are interested in meeting us and viewing the flat.
