Spacious double bed room in big apartment

Hi,
I am sadly moving out of our apartment in Kilburn since I will leave London around November. The exact date really depends on you - if beginning or end of November is better for you, that should probably be okay in any case.

So...one quite spacious double bedroom would then become available to you.

Bills are not included yet but would be around £100 on top.

In the apartment itself you have a big living room, which we sometimes use as a co-working space. We also watch some series together, play a few board games or just share a meal together. The heart of the apartment, however, is the balcony, which is quite big as well. We have some plants there and love to have sunset chat there.

You will also have access to a modern kitchen and two bathrooms - one of which includes a bathtub, the other a shower.

You are gonna be living with 2 other flatmates. Both easy-going and happy to have a chat with any time.
Lucas is a data scientist, a procurer of the best slides within his company, any tech or fashion tips you can get from him are usually gold and he studies the Financial Times. So watch out for some based commentary! :)
Josh is another data scientist (guess how they met!), who goes to the climbing gym, is within the top 5% of chess rapid players in the world and will talk to you about anything. One of these sociable people that are really hard to dislike.

To round it offf...for groceries, you have Sainsbury's, Aldi, Tesco and M&S close-by. Famously, there's also the most friendly off licence only 12 seconds away!

There's a comedy club, which we are still keen on checking out. We also know some pubs and a few good restaurants around the corner.
