I am looking for someone to take over my existing contract in this very lovely 4 bedroom LGBT home. Other housemates (Stella, Marco, and Luna) are all drag queens/drag artists and very outgoing. We are looking for someone who identifies as LGBT or is LGBT-friendly.
Room comes optionally funished with a bookshelf, desk, and bed if desired.
The contract you would take over would allow you to stay until February 1st, but then you would be able to get on the new contract.
All applicants must pass the basic financial requirements, and some renting history with good references is necessary. You may need to pay 3-6 months in advance if some criteria are not met.
