Hi , we are Joylife London , an agency that connects great tenants with agencies and landlords. This week we got a new & beautiful property AVAILABLE NOW ! only 10 minutes walking to Kilburn Station ( jubilee line

The house is seriously huge with 10 spacious rooms, massive kitchen, 3 bathrooms and garden. At the moment we have 6 rooms still available , all of them fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes, desks and chest drawers.

Depending on your budget you can choose what is more convenient for you. We are looking for one person to stay per room and if you are a couple there is one we can offer to you that has its own bathroom.

Regarding the location , other than Kilburn that takes you in 15 mins to Central London , there is also an overground 15 mins walking that connects you to East London and bus stops 5 mins away, meaning you have great commuting.

The area is super nice, residential , calm and in the main road there are few stores, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants.

It is important for you to know that we need to check on the next references: share code, passport, payslips, bank statement and if possible a landlord or agency reference.
