Looking for a friendly flatmate to share a spacious and beautiful flat!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom property comes with a large garden—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Located in Kilburn (Zone 2), it offers a great balance of city convenience (10-min walk from Jubilee - Kilburn, Overground - Brondesbury and Thameslink - Cricklewood) and peaceful living (not on the main road).

The room has it's own bathroom so we won't be sharing one! The flat/room is currently furnished with my own furniture, happy to get rid of anything if you want to bring your own.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and strikes a good balance between chill and good vibes. I do hybrid working, a few days in the office, a few at home. I like to relax in the evenings with a book or some tv and go out at the weekends for brunch, dinners, walks or gigs. Every few months I have people over for BBQs or a firepit in the garden to make the most of the property :)
