A double room-single use is available in our cosy flat located in a lovely, safe and leafy neighbourhood around Queens park, only 5mins walk to Kilburn station (Jubilee line) and Brondesbury park (Overground), bus stop to central London just outside the property.
All bills included, fully furnished kitchen.
Looking for a professional or a student possibly vegetarian girl/lady.
We are a chilled, cool, easy-going, clean and respectful Italians mum and son (13yo) who is busy with schooling and weekly professional basketball trainings, myself, I am 38yo working in Fashion as Make up artist, I am a very sociable creative person, but also reserved at times.
We enjoy our time walking in nature, in sports, spending time alone watching a movie or reading a book while sipping a cup of tea, simple life really.
Our ideal candidate would enjoy pretty much the same settings, a chilled peaceful living, healthy habits, good food, self care.
The flat is well decorated and with lots of thriving plants 🌱
