Double room with own bathroom available!

Hi! My name is Niamh, and my other flatmate is Roman. We both are students in London, both studying Law (myself at Queen Mary, Roman at SOAS). We are looking for a flatmate, preferably a student, to take up our flatmate's room (who is moving out). The flat is in a house, and it has a conservatory and garden - the room has a double bed, ample storage and its own bathroom with a shower. Bills are included for this room and we often have heating on! We're about a 10 minute walk from Kiliburn station (Jubilee line), about 15 minute walk from West Hampstead station (Jubilee line), a 5 minute walk to Brondesbury overground tation as well as about a 15 minute walk to Kilburn High Road overground station and Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line). There are lots of amenities nearby including an Aldi, lots of Tesco's and Sainsbury's, many pubs (cheap ones too) and loads of places to get food! We would consider a non-student, however, it must be noted that due to a full house of students allowing us council tax exemption (we are band C), if you are not a student you would have responsibility for paying the full council tax. There's no preference for gender, orientation, etc. We just want a nice flatmate! You would be welcome to come and see the flat beforehand!
