Short term Kilburn Sublet Until 28th December 2024

Hello, I'm looking for someone to stay in my lovely Kilburn room from almost asap (exact date tbc in next few days) - 28th of December. The room is £660/month including bills but price will be adjusted to length of stay.

The house is located off from the high street and is within 5 minute walking distance to Kilburn (Jubilee) and Brondesbury (overground) station and 15 minutes to West Hampstead (Jubilee, national rail and overground) making it a very convenient location for making your way around London.

You will be sharing with 5 girls in their 20s. Everyone's artistic, friendly, up for good chats but also very respectful of privacy and space. Communal spaces include a spacious kicthen, two bathrooms, one which includes a shower/bath and access to a shared garden with downstairs neighbours.

The room is rather large with a double bed, desk, clothing rail, drawers, plants (to please water occasionally) and a really fun chalkboard wall.
