Ps. All bills are included within a bills contribution which is the equivalent of one week of rent and this has to be paid every 3 months in advance only. For example if you rent room 1 it will mean that once every 3 months you will pay extra £197 on top of your rent and within that everything from c. tax to WiFi from water to energy and gas will be included the price and we will take care of so it will be stress free for you.

Different super markets plenty of coffee shops restaurants and banks etc also Kilburn Park stationn or Kilburn overground are maximum 3/5 minutes waking distance away as well as many buses . You can also easily walk to West Hampstead , Queen’s Park or Maida Vale, and you can reach areas like Paddington, Euston or Oxford Circus within 5/10 max by bus or tube .

There’s two options of contract length:

1) short let : anytime from asap until minimum January 15th maximum January 25th.

2) Long let : Any length until minimum June 20th and max September 20th 2025 . You could extend further just ask in advance to confirm.
