Bedroom + Shared Office with Professional Sharers

Double bedroom with built in storage available in professional sharehouse (starting 17/1/25), which is LGBTQIA+ friendly. Looking for someone to join us for six-ish months, with a possibility for extension.

You'll have a cozy double bedroom (the house has three bedrooms in total), as well as access to an office that we all share (it has a couple of hot desks and a pullout couch). The house is spacious, including a lovely yard which backs on to the Paddington Recreation Ground, two fridges, a large living room, and fully equipped eat in kitchen. The house is about a 10ish minute walk to Maida Vale, Kilburn Park, and Queen's Park tube stations, and an 8ish minute cycle to Paddington station.

A bit about who you'll be sharing with:

Josh -- data scientist, just moved over from Australia, interested in politics, mindfulness, live music, travel, and tattoos.

Nick and Genia -- a couple who moved from Australia in 2022.

Nick is an economist with the UK Government, interested in sports, nature, and politics.

Genia is doing a PhD in Environmental Change, interested in sustainability, cooking, and dancing.

We're all vegetarian (but completely fine if you are not), quite relaxed, and keen to find someone like minded.
