Looking for a new flatmate in August

My flatmate is moving out in August so I’m looking for someone to fill the room! It’s a double room and you’d have your own bathroom.

The flat is 1 min walk away from Kilburn station, which is zone 2 on the jubilee line and 15 min walk from West Hampstead. We’re also five mins away from the overground (Brondesbury, mildmay line), a few stops from Hampstead Heath.

There’s also a gym and pool in the building! Rent is currently £938 a month and it’s going to go up by whatever inflation is/the gov guidance on rent increases - if 3% it will be £966.14, if 5% £984.90. The council tax is expensive so all in all it will be up to £1200. I’m not sure what the deposit is yet but I’ve put £966 on the ad as I’m guessing it’ll be one month’s rent.

I’m usually out seeing friends a lot of evenings but like to chill in the living room when I am in, and would be great to live with someone who I can do things with outside of the flat as well - I love eating out, going out for coffee, drinks, running, etc. I WFH twice a week and work in marketing in Holborn.

It’s a lovely, bright and tidy flat, and super convenient ☺️
