We have a lovely flat in Kilburn. Currently 4 students. Two are moving home for summer and the other two are staying.
Room is on the second floor. Right next to a shower room and another bathroom with a bath + toilet.
We’re near the Kilburn high road so we’ve got a Tesco and Sainsbury’s under a 5 min walk away and an Aldi 10 mins away
About the flatmates/ extra info
We have a very friendly house cat, One 22 year old NB flatmate from Russia and another 23 year old guy from Hong Kong. Both are lovely STEM students and doing their masters and planning on doing their PhD’s/working. Tenancy ends in September 13th
Not a party flat. Very much enjoy staying in, playing board games, the occasional flat climbing trip, flat movie nights and sometimes we all cook together.
