- Comes partially furnished with a double bed and floor-to-ceiling wardrobe (I am open to selling my dresser, night stand, and bookshelf)
- Private access to the garden, secured with two locks

- Shared with 4 other housemates
- 1 bathroom downstairs (shared with 3 others)
- Large, sunny living room upstairs with comfy couches, a TV, and a spacious dining table
- Central kitchen with washing machine & fridge/freezer
- You’ll have two large kitchen cupboards for your use (again, I'm open to selling my cookware if interested)
