Hello there!

We have a huge room to offer you in Kilburn/cricklewood!! Perfect location with a less than 10 min walk to Kilburn station and various bus routes!! The room comes along with an additional side room between it that you can use for storage, currently shared another flatmate, or if you prefer to use it for yourself. The room comes along with a shared family-style bathroom that includes a standing shower and a bath/shower.

The flatcomes with a dishwasher and washing machine.

We are really lucky to have such a beautiful home, with a massive garden. Some money from the rent we pay goes towards the garden being maintained and cleaned by our gardener, which will be happening approx 2 times a month.

This room is currently going for between £1,250-1,350, depending on your preference with the side room that is part of this space.

Bills are an additional expense every month, just under £90.
Council Tax comes up to £100 per month, if split between myself and another professional.

We've been here for 1 year and are looking for a new flatmate to renew the lease with for another year, starting 10th Sept.

We are all students + a recent graduate from Royal Central school of Speech and Drama. Ideally, we are hoping to find another flatmate that is cute, quirky, and preferably queer, though feel free to reach out as you are interested. You’ll be living with with Phoebe (3rd year student on the Musical Theatre course), Sebastian (second year student on the Costume Design course) and Me, a recent graduate (Experimental Performing Arts BA)

We love our little quirky home and the vibe we’ve curated in the studio - generally, we hope for others with an open communication style and divas who like to Laugh Out Loud™️, and have little home dinners!!
