The flat is spacious, clean and has really good transport links near the Bakerloo, overground, jubilee and lots of buses
Rent £1000/month + bills work out about £145 each
The land lord is really easy to deal with and is very responsive when any issues come up.
Lease renews January 5th so potential for long term stay
