New Flat, New Flatmates – Could It Be You? 👀

We're looking for 2x potential housemates to join us in a property in Kilburn NW6. Pictures on request.

We need to have 2x people locked down by MONDAY 8th of SEPTEMBER.

Therefore we are looking to interview people ASAP, preferably we'd like to meet in person over the weekend for a quick 10-15 min catch up but also equally happy to do a zoom call if that works better. Additionally, as we aren't currently in the flat downstairs, we don't have access to the property. However, the attached photos are of the property downstairs, and we're still occupying the above property which has a very similar layout, style, appliances etc (low key downstairs is like a complete replica but with an extra room??). So happy to show around our flat.

Looking for:
Professional (and fun) people aged 28-35(ish)
People who are sociable and love a drink or three 🤪
People who are relatively neat and tidy and respectful of the space
People who are LGBT friendly pls 🥰

Must have:
A job in the UK or have at least signed employment contract
Income of at lease 38-40k per year (as required by the real estate)
Valid 'right to rent' for checks

Details:

Cost: Rooms will be between £850-£950pcm (bills exc) - there are two rooms that are a little different in size so we'll split based on this.
4 Bedroom Flat, with three bathrooms and large living room kitchen. Also large outdoor space.

Bills: Around £150pcm each (including a fortnightly cleaner)
Location: Kilburn, NW6

Transport: 5-10 min walk to Jubilee and Mildmay, 15 min walk to Bakerloo, Lioness and West Hampstead Thameslink

The area: A few pubs, close to a big Sainsburys, Aldi, retail shopping etc
