Looking for a new roomie in social household!

One of our housemates is moving overseas, so we're looking to fill a room at our place in Kilburn!

We are looking to interview people ASAP! Preferably in person but zoom calls can be accommodated if required.

Looking for:
Professional (and fun) people aged 28-35(ish)
People who are sociable and love a drink or three 🤪
People who are relatively neat and tidy and respectful of the space
People who are LGBT friendly pls 🥰

About you:
We'd love someone who is chill, down to earth, easy to talk to and enjoys coming along with social activities. The current housemates have a lot of mutual friends, and we love having a drink and a laugh at home as well as the occasional living room rot and movie days. Equally we have our own friends we hang out with as well, but would love to have someone who enjoys hanging out with us too!

About us:
Both of us are from Australia originally, one has been here for 3 years and the other for 10 years. We work in professional services and in retail management, one of us will WFH a few days a week, the other doesn't WFH at all.

Must have:
A job in the UK or have at least signed employment contract
Income of at lease 38-40k per year (as required by the real estate)
Valid 'right to rent' for checks

Cost: £800pcm

Bills: Around £150pcm each (including a fortnightly cleaner)
Location: Kilburn, NW6

Transport: 5-10 min walk to Jubilee and Mildmay, 15 min walk to Bakerloo, Lioness and West Hampstead Thameslink

The area: A few pubs, close to a big Sainsburys, Aldi, retail shopping etc

The room: Contains standard bedroom furniture (bed, bedside table, wardrobe etc). There isn't really room to WFH, so we'd prefer someone who generally goes into the office each day, though if you need to WFH infrequently/eg. one day a week here and there, that can be accommodated with space in the living room.
